Refunds on Yearly Packages
If you purchased a yearly hosting plan and decide to cancel your service after the first 30 days, we’ll process a refund for the remaining unused days of your service.
How it works: We calculate the number of days remaining from your refund request date to the end of your annual billing cycle. Your refund is based on that proportion of the total annual fee you paid.
Example: You purchase a yearly plan for PKR 10,335 (PKR 990/month × 12). Six months later, you request a refund. You have 6 months of service remaining. You would be refunded for those 6 months (approximately 50% of your annual fee).
Refunds on Monthly Packages
If you purchased a monthly hosting plan and decide to cancel after the first 30 days, we’ll refund the hosting package cost for any remaining unused days in your current billing month. Configuration and setup fees are non-refundable.
How it works: We calculate the exact number of days you’ve used your service from the activation date to your refund request date. The refund is based on the daily rate of your hosting plan applied to the remaining unused days.
Example: You purchase a monthly plan for PKR 1,490 (PKR 990 hosting + PKR 500 configuration). You activate the service on the 1st and request a refund on the 15th. You receive a refund for the hosting package cost only, based on the 15 days of service you used, for the remaining 15 days. The PKR 500 configuration fee is non-refundable.
