• What's the renewal price?

  Whatever’s listed on the plan card. Always. Your renewal price is the list price, never the discounted intro rate. We publish the renewal number on every plan so you can do the math before you sign up.

• Can I bring my own domain?

  Yes. We don’t sell domains, but we’ll guide you through pointing any registrar (Namecheap, GoDaddy, Pkdomain) at speedhost during onboarding. Free DNS help during your first week.

• Can I migrate from Hostinger / Bluehost / SiteGround?

  Yes. Free WordPress migration is included on every plan. We move databases, files, DNS — and stress-test the result before handing it over. Most migrations finish within 24 hours.

• Do you support Node.js, Python, or PostgreSQL?

  Yes — on App Hosting plans. Node.js and Python via CloudLinux Selectors, MySQL on every App plan, PostgreSQL on App Pro. We don’t give root access; everything is managed.

• Where are servers located?

  USA East and United Kingdom — Tier-3 datacenters with 99.9% uptime SLA. Choose your preferred region at signup. Both run identical hardware (NVMe + LiteSpeed) and are CloudFlare-fronted, so latency to Pakistani visitors is well under 100ms either way.

• Is support really in Pakistan?

  Yes. Lahore-based team, business hours 9 am – 9 pm PKT (Mon–Sat). WhatsApp messages get a response within 4 hours, even overnight. English or Urdu. The number on every page is a real Pakistani number, not a forwarded VoIP line.

• What if I want to leave?

• What payment methods do you accept?
