Where Your Data is Stored
Your account information (name, email, billing details) is stored in encrypted databases on our servers located in:

Payment Processing
We accept payments through local Pakistani payment gateways (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer) and international methods (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal).
Important: We never store your payment card details. When you enter card information during checkout, it goes directly to our payment processor through a secure, encrypted connection. We only receive a transaction confirmation — your card details are never stored on our servers.
Your billing information (invoice history, transaction records, subscription details) is stored securely, but never your raw payment card numbers.
What We Do NOT Do
Server Logs
We do not collect or retain detailed server access logs (visitor IPs, request logs, timestamps). This protects your privacy and your visitors’ privacy.
Analytics & Tracking
SpeedHost.pk (our marketing website) does not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or cookies to monitor visitor behavior. We don’t track who visits or what pages they view.
Government Requests
We do not share customer data with government authorities unless required by law. If we receive a legal demand or court order, we will comply only to the extent legally required and will notify you of any such request whenever permitted to do so.
How Long We Keep Your Data

Your account information is kept as long as your account is active.
After Cancellation
When you cancel your account:
JetBackup retains automated backups for 30 days from creation. After that, backups are deleted automatically.

You can request that we delete your account and associated data. We’ll delete your hosting data immediately (except what’s required for legal/tax compliance). Note: Some data must be retained for legal reasons (as explained in the retention section above).
